First of all I attended a company presentation, after we were given all the information about the company and the internship we had to take some test on accounting and english language.
After this step I had a motivational interview with a member of the HR team, she asked me some of the most basic question such has " tell me a situation in which you had to make a difficult choice". After this step i got called again for a techincal interview with the manager in which i was asked accounting questions.
