I applied through online and there were 5 essay questions. They were about behavioral questions and why you are interested in accounting. After I finished my online application, I received an invitation for the aptitude test and asked to finish within 3 days. And I received the interview invitation quite late (one month after I finished the aptitude test). The interview was a group interview with 6 people and lasted for 30 minutes.
