There was a round of on-campus interviews, then office visits which included another round of interviews. The people are all so nice and really care about getting to know you.

A business case with 1 hour preparation time, then make a 10mins long presentation to the manager, manager will ask follow up questions on your presentation. Then, individual interview with manager.
