Interview
I have received an interview invitation through a phone call. After that I have called and received calls from different employees a few more times. Since I was applying for the position in Moscow, I needed to clarify certain aspects and every time I contacted the members of HR team, they were extremely polite and professional.
The next step was the online interview via Skype.
After a week or so I received an invitation to the next interview in Moscow.
However, by that time I already had made a decision to continue my education and pursue an MBA.
Thereby I did not continue with the interview process. At the end, a lady from the HR team gave me a call and let me know, that my application was retained for two years from then and I could continue the application after my studies.
My short experience was overall very satisfactory.

Interview
Graduate program. I was invited to an open evening before the interview where you can talk with current employees. At the interview we were given laptops and had a task to write about two topics in 30mins. The questions were like: You have €1 million to start a company, what type of company would you start and why? What would you do if you were the minister for finance? Then there were two hour long interviews where they asked for examples of when you worked in a team etc. They also asked me about a couple of different companies, you should have at least three prepared and not the one on your application form. The tone of both interviews was very relaxed.
