KPMG Management Consultant interview questions

KPMG Edmonton had two rounds - 1st Round (virtual) - Simple Case (45 min) and Behavioral Questions (15 min, Questions shared with candidates in advance) 2nd Round (in-person) - They give you 3hrs to analyse a case and create a PowerPoint and do a 30min Presentation with 3 Sr. Managers. The case info on the laptop they give you has tons of information. So you have to sort through ~70 pages of docs, excel files, reports, etc and address what is being asked in the case. Time is of the essence.
