Interview
The process begins with a general phone screening. The KPMG recruiters first want to see if the candidates understand the position and as well as set expectations around salary and title. The next step consists of standard phone screening interviews. I had 3 phone interviews with 3 Director and above level people. Following positive feedback I was invited to interview in-person.

The interview questions were targeted to learn more about my specific D&A experience. I did not have to do a formal case study or presentation.
I had a 30 minutes phone interview with HR then followed with an on site interview to meet four managers/partners for about 2 hours. Behavior questions and technical questions were asked.
