Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

Overall clear and straightforward process with four interviews. The first three interviews were with managers and principals, the last one was with a partner. They asked the typical questions about why the company, why the country where you are applying, many situational based questions to be prepared and each interview will try to test a different type of skill or characteristic you have. Cases cover a great variety of topics from P&L determnats to market entry or feasibility of new products.

1) Send cover letter and resume, 2) First round interview consisting of two interviews, half being personal fit, half being classic case interviews. Had I been invited for second round, more interviews would follow.
