Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

Very smooth and stimulating, nice conversations with interviewers, it was a cycle made for my university (AUB) and therefore was probably done under specific circumstances. Overall, however, everyone that interviewed was doing a really good job with conversing and no one gave me an exceptionally hard time.

2+3 Interviews. (first round: 1 case, 1 behave // second round: 2 case, 1 partner behave). Behaves were standard; very airport test-esque for culture fit. Cases were HARD... math, data, and numbers were harder than McKinsey and BCG (in my experience interviewing at these firms) and longer, at 45 minutes.
