Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

Reflecting on the interview, I found it to be difficult and didn't perform as well as I had hoped. Nonetheless, it was a valuable learning experience that I will use to improve in the future.

Market sizing question, start with simple hypothesis then need to go further to obtain a more accurate approximation. Background question, interest in company, business and future career. Also questions about a specific business, understanding of marketing strategy, competitors landscape etc.
