Lidl Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Applied and did a test online. Got call the next day to attend interview 2 days later, they had a group interview that week. However, the job was advertised full time and at the interview, we were told part time. Waste of time!

I applied online and had to answer screening questions whilst taking an online assessment. The assessment is answering questions based on scenarios you could face in your role. It is all about prioritizing you workload and some numeracy questions involved too. If you pass that stage you will be invited to an interview. Mine was very laid back with an area manager and store manager. The interview is mainly on experience and your strengths/weaknesses. I was asked the usual competency based questions which you should answer using the star method.
