Interview
Phone interview, then face to face with two people in a group exercise, you then have to make notes about the store your in. Notes to be about store standards, how you can improve on them , what you can do to make more profit, what will affect trade in store.
First was a telephone interview, asked a few questions about your availability and work experience and why you want to work at Lidl. Then I had another interview with store manager, graduate and another manager. Asked at least ten competency questions based on customer service so be prepared. It was clear that they wanted to hire someone who planned to stay at Lidl, and given that I had several jobs that I hadn't been there for long because of university commitments, didn't work on my favour.

Got a phone interview, very basic, then when you go to the interview they ask you the usually why do you want to work and then make you do a task on the shop floor
