Lidl Sales Assistant interview questions

Had a phone interview which was fairly easy. Just asked me when i would be able to come for an interview and how many hours I would be working and also give an example of what customer service means to me. Couple of days later had a group interview with the area manager. Group interview including introducing ourselves and then going around the shop and pointing out positives and negatives about the store. Then we had 1 to 1 interviews which were more complex as they asked situational judgemental questions and about your previous experience. The same day I got an email saying I did not get the job. To be fair the actual interviewer was quite blunt. When you answered the questions she just kept staring at you saying nothing which made me nervous.
