Lightspeed Account Manager interview questions

Disappointing - halfway through the interview, she said they were hiring for associate account manager (more junior position) - it's a dishonest practice to falsely advertise for a more senior position then try to squeeze more highly qualified candidates into lower paying roles.

I applied online. Someone contacted me by email the same day for a first screening with the HR 3 days later. After that I had an interview with 2 of my potential colleagues, a third interview with my potential managers and a last interview with the HR. The next day I got the offer. It was a really nice process. They always send you an email with ''what to expect'' so that you can prepare your interview accordingly.
