Lightspeed Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was broken down into several stages with the HR staff and then with the director and manager of sales. Overall, it was a positive experience. I had all of my interviews via Zoom, a video conferencing app which was glitchy at best. All of the interviewers were pleasant and I was grateful that they provided clear next steps at the end of every chat so I was never left wondering what was next.
