Lightspeed interview questions

I went through several rounds of interviews with team members, HR, manager and enterprise architect, and all were very nice people, and of course there were interview questions but we also had a lot of interesting discussions about the work, the team and the processes. Very nice people all around!

You start with a phone call with recruiting to further discuss the position. Then you have a zoom interview with the team manager and director. Finally, a final interview reviewing your CV and personality.
