Lightspeed interview questions

Two Step Process. One Phone Interview: lasted about 30 mins, where they described the role followed by, some standard interview Questions, (What do you do currently?, How do you think your Skills will fit with the role? ect.) Second Step was an in person interview with the Team Lead and Head of the Department. Similar questions along, with a Mock Call, All in all very pleasant, Ultimately Got me very excited about the prospect of working with the company.

The process was quick but had extremely wonderful communication of expectations and what each step would entail. Although it was a quite extensive process, it was the most pleasant hiring process I've ever had in my career!
