Interview
Poor process from the outset, the talent team missed multiple screening calls and I had to chase for action. The call when it took place was difficult to follow and disjointed. Following the interview with the hiring manager I was ghosted by the talent team - feedback has been directly provided and based on this experience I wouldn't consider Lightspeed in the future or recommend them.

Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing with Lightspeed. The entire process was smooth and quick—completed in about 3 weeks over four steps. It started with a 30-minute HR call, followed by a 1-hour technical round, then a take-home assessment, and finally a hiring manager round. Before signing the offer letter, I also had a 30-minute call where all the benefits were clearly discussed.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. Priyanka handled my profile with utmost professionalism, and Janice maintained great communication during all the meetings. The interview process was friendly and not intimidating at all. I felt well-informed every step of the way, which made my experience truly enjoyable.
The entire process felt friendly and professional, and I was never intimidated. It truly reflected the supportive company culture at Lightspeed. I highly recommend Lightspeed for its well-organized and transparent hiring process.

Objective: Test your ability to handle real-world client scenarios (analysis, communication, problem-solving).
Format:
Client Call Simulation – Respond to a client inquiry in real time, as if you were in the role.
