I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Aug 2020
Interview
Intro call with Talent partner. Next rounds of interviews were a lot. 5 in 5 days of which the last one was a presentation of a case study. It ended up being more informal chats than interviews. They were with 2 people each, which now all are my direct colleagues. It's a nice way to get introduced to the company and get a good feel of what working there is like.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied to the position online and was contacted by the talent partner 2 weeks later.
The interview process is very thorough and attentive, and on the whole it took about 3 weeks. The talent guide gave all steps and the schedule for the interviews from the very beginning, which was very helpful as I could prepare for every step accordingly. Everything went very smoothly.
Everybody I met was very respectful, friendly, encouraging. I really appreciated the discussions, the time people took to answer my questions, the quality of the answers.
