Interview
Once you have applied for a position, these are the steps involved in hiring process.
1. Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you and will explain the company details, job description and expected budget for the position plus benefits. If you are fine with the role and salary range, he will setup first technical interview.
2. Hiring manager will conduct this interview and will ask some technical, design and architectural questions. If this goes fine then there will be detailed technical interview.
3. This will be in-depth technical interview with Team Lead and Senior developer.
4. Third and las interview will be a formal HR interview to understand and evaluate your behavioral and interpersonal skills.
5. Once HR interview is cleared, you will receive formal offer letter/contract and onboarding will start.

It was a 4 tiered interview process Recruiter Screening->Manager Screening->Technical Interview->HR Interview.
The interview process is smooth and timely - you have to schedule the interview yourself using a calendar tool which is great.
Be prepared to talk about your past experience in detail and depending on the role you're applying for brush up on your technical and conceptual knowledge on the subject.
