Interview
The interview process was well structured, and the recruiting team was very proactive in following up. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions were well prepared. The entire interview felt like a technical conversation with a colleague.

Question 1
1. What are the popular technical opinions you don’t agree with and why?
2. What is your approach to debugging?. Eg - The payment is being credited to the wrong merchant account. How do you debug this problem in production?
3. What is something that you didn’t agree with about the current company's recent technology decision? How did you handle it?
4. By showing a code example, they asked the following questions:- what does the function do?. Can it be implemented in a better way?. Where is the ideal place to add this function?. What can be more documented and how do you test this particular function.
5. How do you handle website slowness without rewriting in a different language or going for different architecture?
6. When do you do unit and end-to-end testing?

Interview
The whole process consisted of 3 interviews, one preliminary and one final interview with HR and one with a team of developers.
Everyone was really polite and answer all the questions I had. The questions they askes during the interviews were pertinent and on point.
In general the whole process was super smooth.
