Lightspeed Support Specialist interview questions

During the interview process, I was asked a range of questions covering different aspects. The initial interview with the recruiter focused on topics such as my personal background, experience, speed test results, the quality of my internet service provider, and my strategies for effective remote work. In the final interview with the support manager and team lead, the questions delved deeper into my specific skills and experiences related to the role, as well as my ability to collaborate and contribute effectively within the team. They also inquired about my problem-solving approach, communication style, and how I handle challenging situations.
