Lightspeed Support Specialist interview questions

the interview process took just 2 weeks : I didn't imagine that it would be so fast , but it was a real surprise. I had the first interview with the recruiter ( a real nice girl that followed me during the whole process). The second was with the Team Leader, ( a really cool guy that knows his job and what he needs) who asked me a few questions to understand better my background and my notions. The last was with the director of the support department, ( a real good person that want to listen to you) we discussed a little bit and he gave me more details about the company.

Dynamic, easy going, good questions. Felt no stress and made me feel at ease.started with a phone interview then qualified for an online exam,once passed got interview with 2 managers and once passed got a final video conference in zoom with Hr.all went smoothly and people i spoke to were quite nice.
