First a chat with a recruiter then a hiring manager interview followed by a panel presentation with 3 people. Throughout the process feedback was prompt and they also provided constructive feedback after the last interview.

Tell me about working with a difficult stakeholder
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn
Interview
It is a tough one but well worth it. LinkedIn is very detailed in the hiring process (at least the team that I was applying for). Hiring screen with recruiter, then 45 w/Hiring Manager. At that point, if you proceed, you are given a case study to complete - and sometimes more. Present case study to another leader, then panels (usually 3 individuals for 30-45 minutes each). If you then move forward, you would meet with the executive sponsor. They are really great to work with through this process though! They give you a lot of information about the company, the team, and structure to ensure you are prepped for each stage of the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LinkedIn
Interview
Interview with HR, Interview with hiring manager, panel interview and case study presentation. Panel has 3 people on it and they are other managers or an experienced IC. HR interview usually comes via a referral as it can be hard to get an interview
