The process was straightforward and seemed very easy. Case study and meeting others within the group. I declined because they are letting people go. So what is the point of an interview if i will just also be let go.

Recruiter screening - get to know you + competency questions 1:1 interview with hiring manager 2 presentations: client success story + why you should get the job Competency interview with a group of people Was a waste of time interviewing overall as they didn’t even have the role available and then they went on hiring freeze and have since done lay offs. Kept me cool for a while as were interested in making an offer but eventually went silent for good.
