I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Singapur) in Jan 2022
Interview
There were some changes in the role during the process but the recruiter was very communicative and transparent throughout. The actual interview, though, was baffling. The interviewer was not really interested in anything I had to say. Then the feedback came back to say that he felt I had the right skillset and management style but came across overconfident which is not in line with LinkedIn culture. I later learned that he has given this same feedback to other Asian females within his team so I think I dodged a bullet here.
