Was told I was through the process but then headcount got pulled and never heard back .

Interview by the hiring manager, and the APAC director.
Finally, a farcical simulation interview proceeded.
It was a terrible interview that set the candidate up.
It was commonplace to conduct interviews that left a sour aftertaste and made me feel like I would never want to work with these people.

Question 1
A company that said they were interested in our product asked us to come in person to explain it, and when we started the interview, the person in question was not interested, and his supervisor (remote connection) was actually interested, so the interview was to find out if we could have a conversation to confirm the range of interest of everyone in attendance.
They play the role poorly, so you are put in a situation where it is difficult to determine if it is an act or a conversation as an interviewer.

Interview
Interview consisted of the first round phone screen interview and the main part that has 5 rounds. Every round was in a very friendly atmosphere, at the end of every round there was time to ask questions about company/team. I enjoyed the process
