I had an initial screening phone call with the recruiter, the recruiter then send me a design challenge to work on for a week. Then they invited me to headquarter for the onsite interview.

Overall process is pretty straightforward consisting of a quick recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, and final 1:1 rounds. Recruiter screen is quick and surface level and didn’t have tons of knowledge around this specific opening but super nice and open! Timelines are quick and responses aren’t always guaranteed but appreciate the quick movement from the initial reach out.
