Interview
The interview process was pretty normal and not too difficult. the interview questions were not abnormal, and overall i had a good experience even though i did not get an offer.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It started out as a standard hiring process, until I had a sales role play call. I was explained the next step is a panel interview, but nobody ever got back to me. I have sent a couple of emails to a recruiter who told me they will speak with hiring manager, but still nothing. It sad as we take days off for these long interviews, only to be ghosted. I would appreciate a generic rejection email, but ghosting a candidate after few rounds of intensive interviews is just unacceptable.

Interview
First, first call with the talent acquisition- good communication question about you, Why Sales, review the position, and finally the questions you might have.
The second round is a Mock call with a situation and an interview with two managers with fit questions
recruitment not really organised, they hired with no specific time ( next 2-3 months )
The mock call is discovering call basics question nothing to worry to much - until you realised the situation is different during the Mock Call
Manager question 3-4 questions: how you handle tough customers, teamwork etc.. fit questions. I didn't feel that they would know my way to work with 3-4 questions prepared, they were focused on the time ( which is funny when one of them was late, but I needed to be quick )
the final answer takes a lot of time when you do not get the position. You will feel like being fooled in my opinion.
