Interview
The interview process was pleasant. Everyone was very nice and excited to be interviewing. I am grateful for the experience. I wish there was a little better communication with the Recruiter but am understanding how busy and hectic the overall process it to hire a new employee.

Interview
First I did a test and then an interview with HR.
Then I was scheduled for a 2-hour interview. First with the managers, then with two future co-workers. All the questions were behavioral, and after 1 hour of talking, I was tired. I received an email from Human Resources saying that I had not passed and that we could set up a meeting for her to point out where I had failed. She pointed out to me that I don't like working in groups, and I've always made it clear how much I like it and that all my work has always been in groups. Honestly, it has a lot more to do with how your future colleagues perceive your vibe than your professional quality or experiences. Really frustrating!

Question 1
What do you like to do in your free time?
What did you learn in the last year?
What do you do if your colleague did something wrong?
Do you like working in a group?
Very straightforward and they asked only relevant questions so it did not feel like a waste of time. You will also be notified whether you get the job or not which is great.
