3 step process ending with presentation. First step speaking to a hiring manager, second step speaking to a Manager and third step presenting to two people around a fictitious scenario of a project that has been difficult to get stakeholders engaged
Straight forward process. Interview with Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Panel.
First interview was high level, second was more in depth, third interview gets very granular.
Once you go through all interviews you may get invited to a forth and final, or an offer.
Relatively quick initially. Applied and week later I had my screening, I interviewed two weeks later and then it took about 3 weeks to be notified I would not be moving on.
