Online assessment testing numerical and verbal capabilities, alongside a personality test. If you pass this, there is a job simulation where you answer questions based on realistic scenarios you would come across if you worked at LBG and some questions involve video responses. After this stage, you receive an offer. There is no actual human interview process for this internship.

Very professional process and fast, all steps were scheduled pretty fast and seamlessly. Excellent interviewers, answered all my questions and provided me with very good insights on the team and the role before I accepted the offer. I had a great experience overall.
