I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Manchester, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was a fairly straightforward interview process and the assessment centre was online and an all-in-one; group task, technical interview, situation based tasks and a final interview to assess suitability for the role. It was organised well.

Interview
Unique interview process which was refreshing, focuses on your strengths rather than hitting their criteria. Really important to go into it naturally and being your true self to find the best job fit for you. Interview process was entirely online, the assessment centre part was a tad glitchy but they were totally understanding as people had to reconnect or were late due to issues. Within a couple hours everything was sorted and it was smooth sailing. It was a full day of assessments with lots of breaks and kind assessors. I felt very relaxed.

Question 1
It's strengths based so they want to know how you'll respond, but we can't share the details. No need to practice though!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Leeds, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Lots of feedback back up to the interview and then absolutely nothing afterward. No response to emails either. Very disappointing attitude. Especially given the number of questions about values and treating colleagues and customers fairly.
