Application process was okay up until they wanted me to do a video assessment meaning I’d have to record myself answering questions for half an hour. First of all not everyone wants to record themselves and second of all that’s just annoying, in this day and age why would we need a video assessment. I declined the offer.

1. 45 minutes technical interview with questions around the take home challenge, Swift, iOS etc.
2. 60 minute competency and culture based interview, discussing how you behave and act in various circumstances.

Very negative and humiliating experience. Applied in May and did not receive any feedback until mid of July, with an email saying that they won’t proceed my application, with no explanation at all. Is that all you got for candidates after they spent hours doing research on your company and that specific position? If so I hope you go bankrupt asap.
