Interview
Very straightforward. Done in 3 parts.. first you answer the multiple choice based on situations and your personality. Next you do a video interview: how do you deal with conflict? How do you meet tight deadlines? How to handle a difficult customer? A time you went the extra mile. Finally, if you pass the previous two you’ll be invited to do a live interview with friendly interviewers and the question is questions surrounding their core values: “Making a difference, keep it simple and putting customers first” so answer these with examples and add your personality.

Very clear and good process with quick and clear communications at most stages. Analytical assessment had been previously completed, so the only stage was an in person interview with two staff members
