Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

Very thorough and engaging process. Was tested in a range of different areas and was able to get a good feel of the company and what it stands for. There was a VR section and a formal interview with 3 interviewers. They tested on your knowledge of the companies ethos.

Fair process, competency based questions with emphasis on service delivery, team work, self awareness and problem solving. Lasted 45 minutes. Telephony role play to garner ability on calls. Other questions, 5 year projection, career aspirations.
