Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

I did a test online and within a couple of days, I was invited for an interview via teams. I was interviewed by one person and it was a very engaging session. After the interview, a few hours later I got a call to come to the office the next to meet with the manager. After that, I was offered the job

not bad in this seesion, but why they tackle so slowly in this recruitment process, I have no idea, cuz it is a general quesiton in the big company, so hope this could be imporved in the future.
