Interview
Firstly, there was a debating exercise which looks at who is the loudest in the room. This is followed by a presentation based on a case study. There is then a strength based interview.

What is something you have learned not related to work or school?
Firstly there was stimulation test. Then I was going through multiple interviews with senior management team with different scaenrio based questions. The whole process lasted two months until the offer.

Online Assessment centre consists of 4 rounds from 9-4
group discussion - Main focus is team collabration
one to one interview - strength based interview question like how to you encourage a team member, what do u think about confidence blah blah
presentation - they give a very general topic with material to present. preparation time is 10-20 mins. Main focus is communication and confidence.
Micro exercise has 4 parts one was for time management, employee value ,flowchart enhancement.
I felt the process was very hectic 1 hr was allotted for lunch and QA with current apprentice (which makes me wonder about their work life balance) and interview panel nearly 8 members and non of them were skin of colour which questions their diversity.
I was rejected because they felt I was not confident enough ???? and could not add more value to business.
At the end I did not feel like I missed a big opportunity other than WFH.
