Question 1
You are given a scenario and asked what you would do. E.g which sustainable product would be most suitable for which customer (after being given the details of the products and the customer)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group
Interview
The process lasted over a month. I applied online and was contacted in couple of weeks for an initial interview with the hiring manager. It was a good chat where in addition to confirming my experience and suitability, I was given more details about the role, responsibilities and the expectations from an ideal candidate. Another interview was arranged after a couple of weeks with the hiring manager and another interviewer. It was a competency based interview. I received the HR call with the job offer a couple of weeks after that. However, HR was too pushy and I didn't feel like getting into that kind of work culture.
