Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

On announcing my availability via social media on New Years Day 2020 I was contacted within hours by the hiring manager. Effectively headhunted - there was no interview as such, just a long chat confirming my current status and relevant job history over the preceding 2 years since we'd last met.

All round good process. The communication was clear and the interview steps are well defined. The HR promptly provided the feedback and overall it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend this bank over any other one in UK.
