The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
The phone interview focussed mainly on discussing the role and my relevant experience in previous roles. The face to face interview did the same, and included a few competency based questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Leeds, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had an assessment centre event at the Leeds office, with 7 other candidates. We first had a short ice breaker activity. Then, a debate with 3 other people (2 of which argue the same thing), this was really relaxed, my debate was on whether the royal family are still relevant. I think for this part they just want to see how you put your point across. After, we were given an independent tasks, where we were given 2 different types of credit cards, and had to sell our preferred one to 2 line managers (this involved some calculations). And lastly, an interview which was competency based (used the STAR method).
