Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

There were 2 stages of the interview: the first stage was competency based questions one to one interview and the second stage was telephone role play test. It was pretty straight forward and i was asked pretty standard questions as you would expect in any business industries in which focuses more on customer service as well as sales and marketing.
