Interview
Interview consisted of online testing (stj, numerical reasoning, etc) and a video interview. I did not get past the video interview. The video interview conssted of strength based questions. Lloyd's provided very good feedback on the online testing, showing me what my best and worst strengths were.

Interview
There were 2 stages of the interview: the first stage was competency based questions one to one interview and the second stage was telephone role play test. It was pretty straight forward and i was asked pretty standard questions as you would expect in any business industries in which focuses more on customer service as well as sales and marketing. Just be confident and read the Lloyds banking group official website before hand to educate yourself for the interview and you should be good to go on the big day
