Lloyds Banking Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Face to face interview with standard retail experience questions. Friendly interviewer and straightforward process, nice office and environment. Ran through my work experience and I asked some questions about the role and they explained the induction and training provided too.

After submitting my cv, I was able to book online interview. It was places zoom call with scripts. Reading and going through example situations that was about 3-4. Calm and easy mood.
