Interview
I applied online via their career website. A few days later, I got a call telling me that I was selected and should book a day for the phone interview. My phone interview lasted around 10 to 15 mins and were very basic questions. After the interview I was told the same day that I have been successful and was invited to their group selection day and one and one interview.
I found the whole process easy. My advice is just be yourself, they really want to know you and don’t try to trick you in any way. If they see in you what they look for, they will help you to bring it out. No matter what happens it was a good experience :)

Question 1
What do you know about the Lloyds banking group?
What can you bring to the group?
Why Lloyds and not another banking group ?

Interview
The interview was formal and structured, working from set questions. One gentleman asked questions and another took notes. Both were nice and friendly guys. I was asked to provide examples of experience across a wide range of scenarios relating to customer service, team work, development etc. Some examples I struggled with as selling myself if not a strong point of mine. Feed back was a generic email and I would have preferred something more personal given I was in the interview for more than an hour. It would have also been useful for future interviews.
