After completing the online assessment, I was invited for an interview. I arrived 10 minutes early as recommended but was made to wait 25 minutes. The interviewer introduced themselve and took me to an office where they told me they just wanted to get to know me. After about 20 minutes of conversation, they went over some competency questions and then showed me out

Interview
There are three stages: online application, video interview, assessment center.
The online application is pretty generic once cleared then you are offered the video interview which is strength based. The next stage is assessment center which has 4 activities - Virtual Reality assessment: how do you feel about the technology in banking
-Role play: how you react to changes, working under pressure and peer support
-1 to 1 interview: similar to the video interview
-Group exercise: how you work in a team

Applied through friends. 1 week until interview. Then detailed interview on the regulatory subject with line manager and follow up interview with project manager. Overall an interview process that wanted to find if you knew your subject and if you would fit into the existing team
