I applied online. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Manchester, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview lasted for about 20 mins. I applied online and had to do some online test and I was invited to a selection day which is the interview. The process took about 2 weeks and I got their decision after 4 days.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
A lot is done over an online portal but this often gets duplicated via telephone.
Systems don't really talk to each other or correlate. Got an email to say interview offered then had to log in and select the time slot you want.
Interview was basic standardised questioning of competence.
Biggest frustration would be the pre employment vetting, drags on for an awfully long time.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Stoke-on-Trent, England)
Interview
Applied online through the Lloyds website, pretty easy process. Was emailed to complete an online assessment which is fairly easy if you’re good at Maths. Had an email the next day saying that I had passed the assessment and they wanted to meet me.
I chose the earliest interview slot which was a month down the line. Attended the interview a week ago, was asked if I would like to be considered for positions within 2 other of my local branches so I said yes, due to this the wait time to hear back increased to 2 weeks.
2 Members of the management team interviewed me in an office, they were friendly and made me feel welcome.
Even though the email said there would be multiple people there I was the only one
Waiting to hear back (1 week so far)
