I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Was online forms to fill out, followed by online tests, followed by an interview. All quite quick, the online tests seemed very irrelevant to the role, as if the company culture was more important than ability.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Face to face with head of dept hiring manager pre application to understand role. Meshed well so progressed to interview - single stage, telephone with 2 directors on the team. 45mins. Very unlike usual experience so far in Lloyds, very quick
