- Initial CV and cover letter - Asked to do 1 hour presentation and discussion on how you would lead the team and what your strengths are etc - Discussion over presentation is pretty standard nothing surprising - Set template on the general interview questions: On each of the key aspects they state clearly in the job description, and then on the 3 Lloyds values (on the website)

Agency initial screening and a competency based interview with two people. Following this I had to write a short summary of why I think I would be a good fit for the role.
