Two stage interview. First interview was a Competency based interview with added and questions and was conducted by two senior managers. 2nd interview was conducted by head of department which involved further competency based.

- Initial CV and cover letter
- Asked to do 1 hour presentation and discussion on how you would lead the team and what your strengths are etc
- Discussion over presentation is pretty standard nothing surprising
- Set template on the general interview questions: On each of the key aspects they state clearly in the job description, and then on the 3 Lloyds values (on the website)
