Group interview process with 6 other candidates. You were expected to complete a role-play scenario using the phones to answer "customer" (hiring manager) queries. The managers would give you feedback after the first role-play scenario so that you could focus on areas to improve on the second role-play. You were also expected to complete a self evaluation form after the first role-play. The hiring managers were very calm and friendly and were expecting people to be nervous, so don't worry about that. As long as you can take aboard constructive feedback after the first role-play scenario and complete the self evaluation honestly, you will do fine.
