Interview
Three rounds.
First round -
Way - Telephonic
Interviewer - Contractor, Technical
Questions - Good
Comment- Interviewer asked good questions and sticked to your skills set.
Second Round-
Way -Face to face
Interviewer - Manager & Sapient Partner
Questions - Good as per your skills.
Comment: Interviewer asked good questions but at last they explained their requirement which was totally against my skill set. None of their requirement was mentioned in job description. I chased HR for three weeks for feedback. HR never replied to my mail. Very unprofessional behaviour by recruiter.

Interview
Online assessment and then a video interview, the online assessments were challenging but manageable. The video interview was more tricky as I had never had to partake in one before recording your answers is sometimes quite daunting.
