I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group
Interview
After successfully passing all the online tests I was invited to a video interview. I had to record my answers via webcam and send them in. The questions asked were competency based questions and also asked my motivations for applying to the role. I passed the interview, but wasn't invited to the assessment centre as they said they had run out of places.

Question 1
Competency based questions and motivations for the role
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Wolverhampton, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two on one interview, with one being a scribe in person at the location of work. Occasional question asked when colleague referred to them to them if they wanted to add anything. Some basic questions followed by some competencies which I completed from basic preparation and research which I carried out beforehand, I was not given any information about the questions before the interview, which is something I actually prefer. Should note that I'm on hold for future vacancies.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Apr 2017

I found this position after completing NCS and partaking in headstart by the challenge.
Firstly I had to fill in an online application with basic details and give them permission to look into my history etc. Also I had to upload a cv at the same time.
Thereafter completing this online form. I had to complete some questions based test.
* mental maths test
* situation based question.
* a test where you have to find the matching pair in a list
After I attended a one to one interview where there were many questions.
